Spotlight: Heat Pump Water Heater (HPWH) Day Recordings and Resources

On the fourth annual Heat Pump Water Heater Day in October we celebrated the greatest hot water machine ever assembled! We had over 400 attendees across HPWH day, over 1000 attendees across events that week, and hundreds of organizations taking to the airwaves to promote HPWHs.

Events were focused on residential and commercial heat pump water heaters to bring about the clean energy, low-carbon future we need right now! Watch session recordings and check out related resources.

HPWHday wrap up 2025

One of our primary tasks on HPWH Day is to elevate the lesser known advantages of heat pump water heaters. AWHI released a new single and our music video makes one of these points by showing money raining from the sky, a nod to the $500 that ENERGY STAR estimates a family of four will save on their electric bills when switching from an electric resistance water heater. Check out our video.
